Towing
In the event of a breakdown requiring towing, call
1-866-365-4466 and HINOWATCH will arrange for a tow truck to be dispatched to your location.
The truck must be towed to the nearest authorized Hino dealer. A payment agreement will have to be made between you and the towing company on site.
If the repairs are covered by the Hino warranty, the dealer will reimburse you for the towing costs once the work has been completed.
â ïž If the repairs are not eligible under the warranty, the towing costs will not be reimbursed.
